There are three trustees for the charity. The management team report to these trustees.


Neil is a full time pastor at Jubilee Church in Maidstone. He has worked with young people for over 20 years and plays an active part in community work in Kent.





Darren is a Creative Director of a communications agency. He has worked in the creative industry for over 20 years and helps with the creative projects undertaken by the charity.





John is the principal of Jubilee Training Centre in Kent. He has a passion to equip young people to live life to the best of their abilities.



On a daily basis the charity is run by volunteers spearheaded by a management team. The volunteer base comes from all areas of the community. Currently, there are no paid employees for the charity although this will soon change. The management team again consists of volunteers.

All of our volunteers are police checked and cleared and are all taken through our child protection and training policy. We have a specific child protection policy and procedures which can be viewed by anyone at any point.
